The 2025–26 Boston College Symphony Orchestra Concerto-Aria Competition offers undergraduate and graduate students the chance to showcase their musical talents and perform as soloists with the orchestra. Open to students enrolled in the BCSO or private music lessons, the competition features instrumental and vocal performances lasting 8-15 minutes. Winners will be selected by a panel of faculty judges based on artistry and concert readiness, with the opportunity to perform their piece with the BCSO in an upcoming concert. Application forms must be submitted by October 20, 2025, and the competition will take place on November 3, 2025.
